My travels & jobs have molded me into the CHEF I am today. Chef consultant Doha (Qatar), Saucier Norwegian Cruise Line. Asst. Chef The Mirage, Master Cook Caesars Palace, Chef Asst Disney World, Sous Chef Bon Appétit scratch Indian Cuisine. In between work, my travels to Japan, Hong Kong, & the Philippines have allowed me to speak a beautiful language called food. I have added to my repitoit through my experiences & talented people I have embraced in my journey. I am able to tell their & and my story translated through Global Fusion Cuisine.
